Here is a email from our LaVivid returning customer, which got the wrong product for her order:
“ I’m confused. I ordered the LaVivid wig Carrie, but got the wig Patsy. I did look at several wigs, including Carrie and Patsy, but was expecting Carrie. Patsy arrived on 5/2. I figured I must have forgotten which wig I actually ordered having looked at so many.
Tonight I was looking at wigs again and thought I’d order Carrie, but then noticed on my order history that I already had, as I originally thought. So, I am not sure how I got Patsy.
I’m not sure if I should place this order for Carrie or not because I don’t want to end up with 2 of the same wig in the same color.
Any suggestions? Thanks.”
She should have been mad with this mistake . but she didn’t , because the customer service offered her a better solution which offered her the best discount to purchase the right one .
And she was very please with this idea!
See what she replied :
“I tried to leave a comment on the survey form I received, but it wouldn’t take. I wanted to let you and your managers know how helpful you have been with the ordering process. I’m sure it was difficult to to get things arranged. I appreciate your patience and pleasant manner in taking care of everything.
Please let your managers know how great you are! Thanks again!
Sometimes , we care the product that we bought , but we care more about their service . what they would like to deal with the accident . And UniWigs did a good job .

Are sewn in hair extensions bad for your hair?
Sew in hair weaves won’t give you freedom from your own hair, but if anything it kind of gives you more reasons to pay attention to your hair. Sew in, just like any other weave, has its ups and downs. They can protect your hair but if not “installed” correctly it can damage or break your hair.
How to say a wig with front lace? Lace front wigs or front lace wigs? Are they have the same means or not? Does different place and even different people have different named habit? Anybody can tell me?

1. Squeeze the excess water out of the hair. Simply place the hair in the palm of your hand. Then, close your hand as if you’re making a fist to squeeze out the excess water. Work from the ends of the hair to the top while gently squeezing. Don’t rub the hair against a towel, and don’t ring the hair the way you would ring out a towel.
2. Place the hair extensions on a towel. Place each extension on a towel with space between each track so that the pieces don’t overlap. They will take longer to dry if you pile them on top of each other. Don’t disturb the hair by brushing or combing it while it is wet.
3. Air dry the hair. Don’t use a blowdryer.
Tips: Do not use hot tools or a blowdryer on 100% synthetic hair extensions.
“This hair feels amazing. It’s so soft and blend able. Easy installment, and since you size it to your head there’s no risk of it slipping out. I have always always wanted blonde hair and these extensions gave me an opportunity to try them out. They are so cute. One pack was a little thin for the length of my hair so I doubled it with the black uni extensions to give more volume and more of a natural look for me since my hair is already dark. Beautiful combination, everyone at my work loved them.”–mikayla

Full lace wigs look natural and stay put when you put them on correctly. They can even be worn during most sports activities without coming off. Put on your full front lace wig the right way so that only you will know that those luxurious locks are not yours.
Put on a flesh-colored wig cap, tucking all of your hair inside the cap. Adjust the wig cap so it sits at your front hairline. If you don’t want to wear a wig cap, comb your hair back away from your scalp line.
Trim the lace on the full lace wig. This only needs to be done the first time you use your wig, and it does not need to be done if the lace has already been trimmed by the manufacturer. To trim the lace, put the wig on your head. Use hair clips to fasten the wig hair back away from your scalp line. Trim any lace that sticks out past the wig hairline using a pair of sharp scissors. Cut small amounts of lace at a time to avoid accidentally cutting too much. Be careful not to cut any of the wig hair. Leave a little bit of lace sticking out past the wig hairline, but no more than 1 inch.
Clean the skin by your hairline with a cotton ball dampened with isopropyl alcohol to remove body oils that could prevent the wig adhesive from sticking properly.
Apply scalp protector to the skin by your hairline. This only is necessary if you have sensitive skin.
Attach wig tape to the edges of the full lace wig. The tape is applied to the edges of the lace around the underside of the wig. Wig tape can be used alone or in combination with wig adhesive.
Apply a thin layer of wig adhesive to your scalp using a cotton swab. Allow the wig adhesive to dry for the length of time recommended on the label directions. Wig adhesive can be used alone or in combination with wig tape.
Position the full lace wig on your head. The easiest way to find the front-center of the wig is to part the hair on the wig. Parting the hair will reveal the hairline. The middle of the wig hairline should line up with the middle of your forehead at your hairline. Press down on the edges of the wig for five seconds to make the adhesive stick to your skin. Style the wig as desired.

Where is the hair coming from? This is one of our top favorite questions about the origins of our hair extensions. Or perhaps they are questioning our collection methods of the Chinese hair.By now, most people are educated about the origins of Indian hair and the temple customs of a people that sacrifice their beauty.
In China, there are hair collectors go to the poor rural areas, such as the southern west part to collect hair, in these areas, the people are keeping long hair and then cut the hair and sell their own hair to these collectors, since these areas are less influenced by the fashion, and they do not dye their hair or curing it. So the hair will be in its original station. The hair quality is very good.
In western countries, hair collecting is actually much more common. Local beauty salons post a sign offering money for hair, which is freshly cut from a woman who is willing to trade for about a month’s income, and when the salon has collected a few ponytails they call a known contact that then comes out and buys the lot. They in turn sell to an exporter and these ponytails make their way to hair importers or hair extension suppliers.
It is true that we occasionally get an “old” ponytail. Meaning the hair is dry and musty and usually ends up tossed in the garbage. This means that someone’s grandmother cut their hair, wrapped it up in ribbons and a satchel and saved it in a drawer for a couple decades. In tough times with people offering to buy hair, this must seem like a great time to sell grandmother’s hair.
In the US, it has become common to donate one’s hair, in excess of a foot of healthy growth, to several non-profit organizations that provide wigs for cancer patients. So the practice of donating, either for cash or charity, is not as described as some imagine.
And after these hair collected, it will come to the hair processing stage. And after hair process it will be used to make all kinds of extensions hair.
